When will my order be shipped?

Orders will be fulfilled and shipped the same working day (Monday - Friday) if placed before 10am. If placed after 10am it will be fulfilled and shipped the following working day. Orders placed at the weekends will be fulfilled and shipped the following working week. These time scales may vary during busy periods but will try our best to ship your order the next working day.

All orders are traceable with relevant courier and you will receive a tracking number with your order once it has been processed.

Can I change my order after it is placed?

We aim to fulfil all orders before 10am each day. If you would like to change or cancel your order please email us and if your order hasn’t already been collected we will change/cancelled your if it has not already been posted.

Are returns free?

Currently we do not offer pre paid returns labels with your order. However, you can return an item (UK & Ireland), place a new order, and we will give you a discount code to for free postage to use with your new order. Please see our delivery and returns page for more information.
